During the free consultation, clients may voluntarily share information about how they think, work, or process their space — including ADHD, autism, or other access needs — so the organising approach can be adapted accordingly. This information is used solely to plan and deliver a service suited to the client, is treated with additional care as sensitive personal data, and is not shared with any third party. Retention period: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards (e.g. 12 months after the final check-in) in case of follow-up work, then securely deleted.

  • To follow up with past clients for testimonials and to maintain a record of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. With the client's permission, before, during and after photos may be taken during a job. These may be used to showcase completed work on the website, Instagram, or TikTok, and clients may be asked to provide a written testimonial after their check-in. Retention period: Photos and testimonials used for marketing are retained for as long as they remain relevant and in active use (e.g. while displayed on the website or social media), and can be removed at the client's request at any time.
